Meet Barkbeard, he is an Ent! He is my very first design and also this is my first written pattern so I apologize for any mistakes ( I believe there will be a few, but hope there won’t be too many and that you will be able to follow).

I used:

A 3.5 mm hook and corresponding yarn in the color brown (1 50g skein)
A little bit of green thread and a 1.25 mm hook to make the leaves
A little bit of grey (or even better – green) yarn for the beard and moss
Two wooden buttons for the eyes
A yarn needle to saw on arms, branches and leaves
A stitch marker move stitch marker upwards as your work progresses
Fiber fill stuff as your work progresses
Gauge is not important for this project
