Barley the Puppy
Easy to follow instructions for knitting and felting your own Perfect Puppy
Barley is knitted and the pieces felted (fulled) before assembly. Once assembled you have the perfect form for adding needle felted detail to bring your puppy to life and for a totally unique realistic appearance.
You will also need:
50g brown 100% wool yarn (Not Super-wash DK weight, I used Woolyknit Countryside tweed)
charcoal, black and white needle felting wool
1 x pair 4mm Knitting needles
knitters needle for sewing up
Toy filling
felting needle
Jersey fabric for the bandana
Tension 22 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm square, measured over st st using 4mm needles.
Not suitable for children.
