Barnaba Shawl
The Barnaba Shawl is a rectangular shawl whose size can be adjusted by changing the number of pattern repeats. I used a handspun lace weight for my version but I think a heavier yarn could be used.
The motif reminds me of iron grill work I saw along the San Barnaba Canal (Rio de S. Barnaba) in Venice, Italy.
The handspun yarn I used was spun from Hipstrings Starling blend.
Please note that this pattern has not been test knitted by someone else and may contain mistakes. Please let me know if you have any problems.
