Barrel Cactus Chalk Bag
A free version is also available.
Why doesn’t love cacti? This rock climbing chalk bag comes out to ~5 inches across and ~6 inches tall; and though little, packs a punch of cuteness. I used Cascade Yarn in Avalon, but any worsted weight acrylic or cotton-blend yarn will work. Plus the whole chalk bag uses less than 100 grams of yarn, so you can clear out those scraps and leftovers - my absolute favorite part of any new project!
Materials Needed: Worsted weight yarn (~100 yards of yarn total needed) (Weight: 4/medium) and Size H (5 mm) crochet hook. (Pattern comes with FREE tutorial on how to sew your own fabric liner and pull cord!)
You need only know to double and half-double crochet and chain and crochet in the round to make this!
