Barry The Bee
This pattern includes directions to make a Barry the Bee hanging decoration.
Pattern is available in UK & US editions.
Difficulty level: beginner/easy
I was trying to think of new things to make for an Easter Yarn Bomb I’m coordinating this year.
Looking for something a little different to a traditional egg, but still associated with springtime. What better than a bee?
So here he is!
(Your bee doesn’t have to be a Barry, they are cute enough to become a Belinda, Bella or even Boris!)
I have tried to make the instructions as clear as possible, but if you have any problems please give me a shout.
If made with the same weight yarn & hook as me your Barry the Bee will measure around 3inches /8cm long if crocheted around a polystyrene egg.
The size will vary slightly if you are using toy stuffing.
