Bartolome is a tiny island in the Galapagos, where shoals of multi-coloured fish swim and the tropical rains brighten into glorious rainbows. This cowl is designed to showcase the colour changes of your favourite variegated DK yarn, using short row shaping to create a swirling organic shape. Wear it pulled over your shoulders or loosely draped.

Materials:
100g DK weight yarn, ideally multicoloured or semi-solid. I have used a hank of Hammond Mohair dyed in a wonderful rainbow of shades which I bought at Unravel last year (www.hammondmohair.co.uk). As this yarn is not currently commercially available, I recommend Manos del Uruguay Silk Blend as a luxurious alternative; but you can choose your yarn to suit your taste and budget (you could even use an aran weight or chunky if you wanted a larger cowl).
