These are the first 8 squares I’ve written for making blankets. All of them require only knit and purl.
Although this pattern is written for 10 ply, you could just as easily make them in 8 ply, on 4mm needles (or any other you choose).
Quantity of yarn is about 20g-25g (40m-50m) per square.
Make as many as you like, all the same colour, or each one different.
