When adding colors to your pattern I add when I chain up so the colors intertwine with each other

Increasing each round gives you a rounder crown. The # of rounds can vary depending on long you want the hat. The hat fits an average adult size!

You can use this pattern with any yarn just make sure to adjust the hook size and stitches depending on how chunky the yarn is.

I may have misinterpreted the gauge and rows and I do apologize, The hat comes out to fit a head 18+ inches. Doing hdc allows it to be stretchy.
