Amigurumi style doll with a simple body. Specific instructions given for an 8-inch tall doll, but the pattern is easy to customize to any size doll. Pattern is easy for beginners and can be applied to a variety of characters with simple color changes.

Use Aran weight yarn. Worsted weight may be used but you may want to use a smaller hook (like a size B) to maintain the proper tension

I used much less than a skein of Red Heart brand yarn in “Cafe Latte” for my doll, but if you’re making a much larger doll or using a smaller skein, you may need more yarn.
