This is your classic Scarf and Headbeand/Beanie! You know, the one you toss on for running errands, keeping warm on a cold winter day, or just about anything you’d do outside in the chilly weather. You have the option of knitting this set with either the beanie or the headband, or if you want to get really wild, BOTH and then switch it up every day.

The construction of this scarf design is knit flat following a continuous design, and then finished off with some option fringe. The construction of the headband is also knit flat following the same continuous design as the scarf.

This pattern currently comes in 1 size and fits most heads. As for the scarf, it also is written in one size, but feel free to add or remove row repeats as desired for shortening or lengthening your scarf. If doing this, please note additional yardage may be required with lengthening.

Yarn:
Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick n’ Quick OR any other Super Bulky/Category 6 weight yarn

Needles:
US11/8mm 16” circulars for beanie, and either straight or 32” inch circulars for scarf and headband.

Required Skills:
SL1 - slip 1
Basic decreases (K2TOG and P2TOG)
