This is a basic cowl knit in the round in a basket weave stitch pattern. The size of the sample cowl is big enough to drape down or wrap twice if desired. It’s shown in the photo with a shawl pin, but can also be pulled down and worn around the shoulders.

The size of the needles I used is actually 10.75 … a great size between a US 10.5 and US 11. FYI: There’s also a 10.875 size.
