Basic Bucket Hat
As a kid, I wore a lot of bucket hats. It’s kind of delightful to see them come back in style! The Basic Bucket Hat pattern is an easy, quick crochet project that will have you wearing your own handcrafted hat in no time.
Yarns
About 155 total yards of worsted weight yarn (I used cotton, but acrylic or wool can work, too!)
I used three colors of cotton worsted weight yarn to crochet my sample for this pattern, for a total approximate yardage of 155 yds. If you want to do stripes and make sure you have enough of each color, divide 155 yds by the number of colors you have, that will tell you approximately how many yards of each color you will need!
