The Basic Bun Beanie is a quick and easy pattern. The hat is tapered at the top to accommodate a ponytail or messy bun without exposing too much of your head to the elements. Perfect for colder weather areas. This hat utilizes foundation single crochet (FSC). The finished hat is reversible and can be worn either way. The finished product creates a wonderfully stretchy fabric that is also very squishy to the touch.
