The basic dress is perfect for little hands to put on Baby Bean! Children can have lots of fun playing dress-up and being creative with this handmade toy. It is quick and easy to crochet, and can be made in many different colors for variety. This pattern can fill up Baby Bean’s wardrobe in a jiffy!

Requires familiarity with stitches used (below), attaching yarn, changing colors

Stitches/Terms (US Terms):
• Ch: chain
• Sl st: slip stitch
• Sc: single crochet
• Dc: double crochet
• Dc-inc: double crochet increase (2 dc in 1 stitch)
• BLO: back loops only

Materials:
• Medium weight 4 yarn in desired colors (I used ‘Caron Simply Soft’ in dark pink, white, and light pink)
• 2.75 mm hook
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
