This t-shirt is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. First, cast on the stitches for the back shoulders. After finishing the shoulder bevels in short rows, work the back piece until the
underarm.
Pick up the front stitches along the back shoulders. Then, the pieces are joined together. Work the front piece until the underarm. The back and front pieces are joined together, the body is worked in the round. The neckband and the sleeves/ruffle are worked last.

The pattern for the Basic duo shorts, which are shown in the photo, is not included and can be purchased separately.
The embroidery in the tee is only an example. It is not part of the pattern.

Needles: 3.5 mm (US4) and 4 mm (US6) circular needles with a cable length of 40 cm (16 in) – 60 cm (24 in), depending on the size; 3.5 mm (US4) and 4 mm (US6) double pointed needles for the sleeves (if not using the Magic Loop method).

Notions: 3.5 mm (E) crochet hook, safety pin, stitch markers, about 50 cm (20 in) of waste yarn in a contrasting color.

Before starting, be sure to make and wash the sample. Adjust the size of the needles if it’s needed to achieve the correct gauge.
Gauge of the stockinette stitch after washing and blocking 23 sts × 32 rows = 10 cm × 10 cm (4 in × 4 in) on 4 mm (US6) needles.
