This pattern is knit with needles smaller than recommended for the yarn to make tighter stitches (so the top isn’t see-through). Make sure you knit a swatch and adjust your needle size accordingly to match gauge.

This is a top, not a corset. It can be laced up snug, but cinching it too tight may lead to stretching.
