Basic Fingerless Gloves
This knitting pattern shows you how to make simple fingerless gloves from with worsted weight yarn. This pattern includes instructions for all sizes from baby to adult. I used solid colors of Caron Simply Soft for the design, but you can substitute any worsted weight yarn in this pattern. Make sure you check your gauge. Try this pattern with variegated yarn colors (Simply Soft Paints) to spice things up.
This is a knitting pattern for intermediate to experienced knitters (requires knitting in the round with double point needles). This basic solid color mitt pattern would make a great introduction to mitten and glove knitting.
Included in the pattern are instructions for all five sizes: man, woman, child, toddler, and baby
These simple fingerless mitts are a versatile classic. Keep your hands warm and leave your fingers free to text, drive, or work. Choose any of the many available yarn colors and I will custom craft your pair of fingerless mitts. (pictured above in navy, grey, goldfish, teal, and chocolate) Made with extra-soft acrylic yarn, these fingerless gloves can be machine washed separately on delicate or hand-wash cycle. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
