This pattern utilizes front and back post stitches

Basic Pinwheel measures 16.5 to 18 nches in diameter (depending on your stitch tension) and uses about 450 yds of size 10 thread.

The pattern is presented in 2 columns as I find that easier to track from the end of one line to the beginning of the next line. I also show the round repeats in red to facilitate easy reading. Blue text indicates notes.
