Design your own stocking patterns with three gauges and some decorative options. Instructions for the Sport/DK version begins on page 87, Worsted on page 90, and Bulky on page 92. All three are pictured on page 88.
Finished Sizes approx
- Sport/DK - 6” / 15 cm wide and 21” / 53.5 cm long
- Worsted - 7” / 18 cm wide and 12” / 30.5 cm from top to heel bottom
- Bulky - 5.5” / 14 cm wide and 16” / 40.5 cm long
Gauge
- Sport/DK - 24 stitches and 32 rounds (circular Stst) = 4” / 10 cm
- Worsted - 20 stitches and 24 rounds = 4” / 10 cm
- Bulky - 14 stitches and 18 rows = 4” / 10 cm in St st and rib pattern
Materials
Sport/DK
approx 176 yd / 161 m of main color; and small amounts “Santa” colors with the white being angora or angora-blend; crochet hook, and smooth cotton waste yarn
Worsted
approx 185 yd / 170 m
Bulky
approx 150 yd / 137 m of main color; and 6-8 yd / 5.5-7.5 m each of two contrast colors
