This pattern is designed to fit smart doll small en medium smooth bust. Fit the top on your doll before fastening the shoulder straps to determine how much cleavage you want.

The small needle is only for the bottom ribbing to give the top a tight fit.

The top is worked bottom up, in the round. The cups are worked back and forth.
