Basil Sweater
Basil sweater is knit top-down in one piece seamlessly. You first work Back and Front flat from the shoulder seam down to armholes (including neck-shaping), then connect to work in the round all the way to the hem. You then pick up stitches for the sleeve around the armholes and use short rows to create set-in sleeve cap imitation, then continue in the round with several folds right before the cuff for bishop shape. Finish with a folded neckband.
This tutorial gives you detailed step-by-step instructions for the whole process, including written instructions, charts, photo- and video-tutorials.
