The simple basket weave stitch is just a neat combo of knits and purls, giving the impression of a woven basket. It shows off the color changes in yarns like Silk Garden, Moochi Plus and Poems, or works up great in a solid, tweed or heathered yarn like Peruvia, and Rowan or Berocco Tweed.

Written as an Adult size Medium hat, you can easily customize it to fit a child size up to an Adult Large.
