Supplies needed to complete project:
about 110-120 yards of worsted weight cotton yarn
size I-9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook
smaller hook or yarn needle for weaving in ends
stitch marker or length of scrap yarn (optional)

The finished example measures about 8 1/2” x 8 1/2” x 1/2”.

Use this thick and pretty pad to pull cookie sheets from the oven or to protect your counters from hot items. Instructions are for a pocket type and a standard pot holder/hot pad. A basic hanging loop is included in the pattern.

This pattern is worked using basic stitches. The pictured example was crocheted using Pisgah Peaches ‘n Cream worsted weight cotton yarn. All instructions use American terminology and standard abbreviations.
