This case is designed by me here in the heart of happening Hackney in the East End of London, and made by you with this carefully explained pattern. The basket stitch works up to make a woven look pattern and is explained and illustrated with step by step photographs.

The cosy is worked in the round so no nasty seams, it uses a 4mm crochet hook and is quick and fun to make.

I would say this pattern suits crocheters with a little bit of experience but it will not be too hard for beginners.
