Blanket is knit in color “blocks” of 3 skeins worth of yarn. (You can change it up to color blocks of 1 skein of yarn before color change.) The way I designed the pattern, it works best to knit full rows till you run out of yarn for a full row. At this point, trim the remaining yarn to leave room for a Russian Join.

It is ok for color changes to start midway through a pattern repeat. Repeat “blocks” to desired length. I did 3 blocks of color starting and ending with the Dove Heather. Adjust as needed.

If you use the Caron One Pound substitute, this will make a larger blanket naturally. You can use 3 skeins (2 in color A, 1 in color B).
