As an avid basketball fan…no…more like fanatic, this pattern was an absolute must! This blanket is designed as a sleeping bag with an open bottom and top. Using double strands provides a soft thickness great for the cold, dreary winter, otherwise known as basketball season (its best quality, I might add)!

This pattern is written up in 3 sizes: Child, Youth Large, and Average Adult, but once you understand the rhythm of the pattern and increases, it is easy to adjust accordingly for a large variety of sizes! It comes with 11 pages of written instruction combined with 30 detailed pictures. Intermediate crochet skills recommended, but not absolutely necessary.
