Hi all, Kristina here! Mom and I made a batman set for my son, although as you can see the cape fits anyone as my daughter went running off in it. We went all out on this set, I made a hood, and mom made a cape and a little utility pouch. The little pouch slides onto a belt but you could easily make a little crochet belt or just a chain and tie it on. We didn’t want to have to make a ton of these so we wrote out the pattern so you could make one for a youngin’ in your life.

We originally wrote it for a 3 year old but its easily adjusted. Clearly the utility belt and the cape will fit pretty much any age. The cowl can be made bigger by adding more increases in the original circle and more rows down. It works best if you can have them try it on to see where the eyes and face part is supposed to be.

Oh by the way we obviously don’t own Batman, DC does, and we aren’t affiliated with them in any way. Thanks Bob Kane for making such an awesome character.

You are welcome to sell your finished items, but we would appreciate it if you give our shop credit for the pattern (www.2CrochetHooks.etsy.com). We’d also love if you sent us a picture, we love to see the work you guys do, it really makes our day.
