This pattern includes charts that are marked with X’s for the double crochet stitches. There are charts and instructions on how to make a throw pillow. There are also four charts for the individual bats and a chart for the repeating swirls, which you can use to make your own unique items. There is an alternating/repeating small bats chart which is completely tileable, and the chart can be repeated to make larger items.
This pattern uses special stitches, which are explained using pictures in the PDF.
This is an advanced overlay mosaic crochet pattern, so it is recommended that you are comfortable with the basic mosaic stitches.
