Companion to my Bayern Small Shawl, Bavarian Shawl is a full sized neck down lace shawl. Both are in a stitch pattern borrowed from a Bavarian lace sock.
Great for using up coordinating single skeins of yarn, keep knitting until you run out of yarn.
Wingspan for the full (purples) shawl as shown is 81inches and its depth is 43 1/2 inches
The lace weight mohair version is light as a feather and would be perfect in hand dyed or solid mohair (Kid Silk Haze for example).
Or use just 1 50g skein and knit a scarf.
