This basic beanie is classic in style with just the right amount of slouch. It has a tall fold up brim and is slightly oversized in fit. It is a perfect unisex style beanie and is also lovely for children and babies. It’s great knit in solids, colorful variegated yarns, or mix it up and try a scrappy or striped version!

What you will need:
105 (129, 153, 170) yd (96, 118, 140, 155 m) in any worsted (category 4) weight yarn (like Knit Picks Brava)
Size 7 US (4.5 mm) circular knitting needles with a 16” cable
4 Size 7 US (4.5mm) double pointed knitting needles (optional)
1 stitch marker
Tapestry yarn needle
Scissors

Skill level: Beginner

Skills needed: Casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, binding off, knitting in the round.
