Welcome to my Bay of Shells Bag pattern,

As a Pisces (my star sign) I absolutely love the water, especially the beach. My Bay of Shells bag was designed with my thoughts drifting off to the waves rolling onto the beach and playing with the shells on the sand as the sun touches them all to give an essence of warmth and life.

How special to have this in a much needed, everyday accessory, that we can carry with us wherever we go. Let’s enjoy the fun of creating this and sharing that feeling together.

Skill Level: Confident Beginner ( you must be able to work basic crochet stitches including increasing and decreasing and of course be able to read a pattern)

Finished Size: Approximately 30cm high not including handles as you can make these as long as you like (yarn requirements may change for longer handles) base 30cm x 10cm.

You’ll need:

• 4.5mm Hook , 4mm for working into the base only.
• Yarn needle, Scissors, Pins, ST Markers
• 4 Bag Handle Hardware attachments or you can just sew the handles onto the bag without these.
• Leather PU bag base with feet that measures 30cm L x 10cm W with 66 holes.

Yarn: I’ve used Fiddlesticks Finch 10ply Cotton 70gms / 105m per ball.
