Baymax Amigurumi
This Baymax pattern is made with Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn so that it is soft and huggable. It is large enough to be cuddled and hugged by a full-grown adult.
The type of yarn makes it easier to crochet as an amigurumi as you do not have to keep as tight a tension to prevent the poly-fil stuffing from showing. It can be a bit tricky to work with this type of yarn at first as the texture can make it difficult to see the stitches, but with practise, it works out and it is SO worth it.
Safety eyes (18 mm) will be needed as well as black yarn just to make the mouth. I suggested Norville Premier Everyday yarn in black because that is what I used, but most black yarn will suffice.
A darning needle is needed for sewing the arms and head to the body.
A heart button was also used in my pattern, but feel free to be creative on what you use.
