BB stands for basic beanie. It is a plain and simple hat worked from the bottom to the top in worsted weight yarn.
While the pattern is written for the use of DPNs, it can easily be adjusted to circular needles.

Difficulty level: easy (knit and purl, easy decreases, working in the round on DPNs or circular needles)

Yarn: Filati da Collezione Tirolo (50% wool, 40% acrylic, 10% rayon; 125m/50g; 137yds/1.76oz), 1 ball. Any worsted weight yarn will work for the pattern. Sample used 112m (123yds).

Needles: 4mm/US 6 set of 5 DPNs or circular needles

Notions: yarn needle, 1 stitch marker (only needed when using circular needles)

Gauge: 19 stitches/30 rows in stockinette stitch = 10cm/4in.

Size: adult medium, 45cm (18in) circumference unstretched, stretches to 54cm (21 1/2in), 20cm (8in) in height.

Schwierigkeit: einfach (rechte und linke Maschen, einfache Abnahmen, in Runden arbeiten)

Garn: Filati da Collezione Tirolo (50% Wolle, 40% Polyacryl, 10% Viskose; 125m/50g), 1 Knäuel. Jedes Garn in ähnlicher Stärke eignet sich. Verbrauch für das Beispiel: 112m.

Nadeln: 4mm Nadelspiel oder Rundstricknadel

Sonstiges Zubehör: Stopfnadel, 1 Maschenmarkierer (nur wenn eine Rundstricknadel verwendet wird)

Maschenprobe: 19 Maschen/30 Reihen glatt rechts = 10cm.

Größe: mittlere Erwachsenengröße, 45cm Umfang ungedenhnt, dehnt sich auf 54cm, 20cm Höhe.
