This is a downloadable crochet pattern in PDF format for a BB8 amigurumi style model/toy. Written in US terminology.

The finished BB8 measures 5’’ wide approx, 5’’ tall approx and a circumference of 11’’. It works up quickly and would make an ideal gift for children or any Star Wars Fan.

For this pattern, you will need Aran or DK (depending on the size you want) yarn in off white/cream, orange, grey and black; 5mm and 3.5mm crochet hooks; yarn needle; stitch marker; scissors and toy stuffing. You will need to be familiar with crochet terms such as: magic ring, single crochet, slip stitch, increases and decreases. This pattern is suitable for beginners who are familiar with the magic ring technique.
