No matter the time of year, be your mer-mazing self and make bubbles with a mermaid tail slouchy hat. Because really, it’s always a good time to be a mermaid, even on those colder fall and winter days.

You should have knowledge of the crocodile stitch in order to make this hat. A link to a how-to video is included in the pattern.
