PDF Blanket pattern - UK & US terms.
Recreate this bold and colourful tartan blanket, designed in honour of the iconic Vivienne Westwood.
I originally designed this pattern for the Girl Power edition of Crochet Now 104 but I have now updated the pattern with step by step photos and colour charts as well as added a US version.

Made with 10 balls in 5 colours of Stylecraft Grace Aran and a 5mm hook.
I’ve created a simple but effective stitch technique, using only basic stitches to create a tactile and bold tartan effect. This is an enjoyable and meditative project to work on and would work well in a variety of colours.
Uses surface crochet (photos and instructions included)
