Soft and warm, thick and quick to knit, this cute owl hat with earflaps is guaranteed to brighten any winter day and is the ideal project for the whole family. Opt for furry feather wings or callow birdie for a minimalist look and have fun!
- This close-fitting earflap hat is worked bottom up and in the round, starting with the shaped earflaps which are worked as separate pieces in rows and joined as the hat progresses. Crown is gently shaped and closed with a three-needle bind off.
- Baby sizes can be achieved with other gauges (Aran weight for Size 6 mo and Worsted weight for Newborn size) using the instructions for Size XS.
