Introducing the ‘Be Weave Me Scarf’; a cosy textured scarf with an eye-catching criss-cross design. This unisex scarf is worked in rows using woven look stitches – which at first glance can seem intimidating.. but ‘Be Weave’ me, you can do it! Supported by stitch tutorials and video demonstrations, this pattern is suitable for all levels from confident beginners upwards. You will need to be familiar with working double and treble crochet stitches (US)/ treble and double treble crochet stitches (UK), and working front and back post stitches.

This unisex pattern uses approximately 519m/566yds of DK/light worsted/#3 weight yarn, and a 4mm hook. I used 236g Yarnsmiths Merino DK (100% merino superwash) in the colourway ‘Robin Egg’. Written in English with US and UK terminology versions provided, the pattern features a photo tutorial to walk you through the diagonal basketweave stitch, as well as links to short video demonstrations.

When made as per the pattern, the finished scarf measures approximately 14cm wide (5 1/2”) x 154cm long (60 1/2”). Instructions to adjust the size as desired are provided.

This pattern has been thoroughly tested, to give you the best experience. With photo tutorials and links to short video demonstrations provided, you’ll find this scarf easier than it looks! If you have any comments or questions about the pattern, or if you get stuck, please email me. My email address is provided on the pattern, and I’m always happy to help! :)
