New pattern: Be Witched! a fairy tale inspired blanket / throw

I loved the story of Hansel and Gretel by the Grimm brothers. I drawn the witches house, added the witch and made it into a crochet pattern: Be Witched! was born

As you are used of me, the pattern comes in two different techniques: Overlay Mosaic crochet and interlocking filet crochet. They both come with their own file so please select the correct one.

Due to the design, please choose two colours of high contrast and do not inverse the pattern

Overlay mosaic crochet:

Based on hook 3 mm, US D (lap throw)
Pattern colour A dark 1800 meters, 1900 yards
Light background colour B, total 1800 meters, 1900 yards
Keep in mind when you change your hook size or yarn thickness the blanket needs more or less yarn
Size 98 by 145 cm, 39 by 57 inches, variations happens due to yarn thickness, tension and hook size

Add 500 meters, 550 yards per colour for the envelope border
