When someone says the word ‘beach’, what is something that always comes to mind? A classic beach ball! With that in mind, I took that classic ball design and turned it into a beach hat. Just be careful wearing this to the beach- make sure no one smacks your head thinking it’s a beach ball! Now make yourself a #BeachBumFloppyHat and laze away on a beach- you deserve a vacation!

The Beach Bum Floppy Hat is written to fit an adult. However, it can easily be adjusted to fit any size by either adjusting hook size or the number of rows!

Materials
• Aran weight yarn in 4 colors
o Color A (white)- 50g
o Color B (pink)- 20g
o Color C (yellow)- 20g
o Color D (blue)- 20g
• 6mm and 5mm crochet hooks OR whatever sizes are needed to meet gauge
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
• Tape measure

The colors in the materials correlate with what I used- you are of course welcome to use whatever colors you like!
