This elongated triangular-shaped shawl is knit from the center back neck down to the bottom hem. It is shaped with the use of kf&b increases, as well as YO’s to create this very wearable shape.

The shawl has sections of garter stitch “sand bars”, as well as pretty eyelet rows to mimic the seafoam and waves along the shoreline. The final eyelet pattern is presented in both written and charted form.

You will need approximately 450 yards of a fingering weight yarn to complete this pattern as written.

Skills required: Knit/purl, knit front/back of a stitch, yarn-overs, decreases.

NOTE: If you have a print copy purchased before April 8, 2016, please contact me for an updated version - there is an extra stitch in 2 sections.
