The Beach Rose Beanie is insipired by the vibrant and fragrant mainstay of the dunes and homes of New England Beaches, Rosa Rugosa, the Beach Rose.

This hat is designed to give you a bit of summer during the cold winter months.

It is knit in the round on circular needles. 3 sizes are available in the pattern, but it is easily sized up or down by adding or decreasing a pattern repeat.

There are two design options: a slouchy beanie and a shorter version (here topped with a pom-pom).

Hat sizes are: Small (19” head circumference), Medium (21”) and Large (23”).

Skills required: Knitting with 3 colors per round, catching floats, corrugated ribbing, making a pom-pom or tassel.

This hat is made with 8 colors of Knit Picks Palette yarn. However, with Palette yarn you have a huge range of color choices! I can’t wait to see what you choose!
