pattern for hand knitting- pattern includes: Girl’s 2 piece bathing suit, hat and cover-up, beach bag. Boys swim trunks, sunhat, beach ball, beach towel
stitches used: knit, purl, cable cast-on, Kfb inc, K2tog, Pfb, P2tog, psso, yo, crochet a chain
All pieces are knit flat and seamed, pattern is not “knit in the round” circular needles are used due to number of sts and ease in knitting

1/2 oz Fingering Yarn or 4ply such as Stylecraft Baby 4ply or Mary Maxim Twinkle Fingering yarn, MC and small amt of CC for boy’s set, beach ball, cover-up
Size US 1 (2.25mm) straight & 24” circular needle
Size US 2 (2.75mm) straight needles & 24” circular needle
Size D crochet hook (crochet chain for boys trunks, girls top and beach bag)
Yarn needle for sewing seams
Small amt fiberfill for beach ball
