Beachcombing Shrug
Erratta at bottom of Notes If you purchased a print copy, please email kelli@kellislackdesigns.com to receive an updated PDF.
Whenever I go to the beach, most of my time is spent looking for interesting things in the sand, in the rocks, or floating along in the water. I don’t swim, sun bathe, play sports, or do any other typical beach activities. I keep my eyes on the ground in front of me and take a nice long walk. You never know what you might find.
With a center out construction, lace pattern, afterthought sleeve, and easily customized sizing, you’ll be surprised at what you can find with this shrug.
When making the shrug, you will need a 3rd skein for the 40 inch size.
This pattern is meant for advanced beginning knitters to experienced knitters and all those in-between. Please read the entire pattern before beginning.
Yarn: 2 skeins, Teresa Ruch Designs 5/2 Tencel, 520 yards, 100% Tencel, color Sky Pearl (you will need a third skein for busts over 38 inches)
