There’s a reason the corner to corner stitch is so popular. It is easy to do and is soooo versatile! This pattern adds a twist to the traditional C2C design. Every other row is done with the bead stitch. It might look complicated, but it adds a fun and unique texture to this classic favorite!

This pattern has a built in border that works great for self striping yarns, but I will show you an alternative border that you can add if you want.

Gauge is not important as you can easily make your blanket as big or as small as you want. The amount of yarn you need depends on the size of yarn you use, your gauge, and how large you want your blanket. I used about 900 yards of #3 weight yarn for the body of the blanket and about 65 yards for the border. It is 31”x28”.
