Bead Stitch Shawl
There’s a reason the corner to corner stitch is so popular. It is easy to do and is soooo versatile! This pattern adds a twist to the traditional C2C design. Every other row is done with the bead stitch. It might look complicated, but it adds a fun and unique texture to this classic favorite!
Gauge is not important as you can easily make your shawl as big or as small as you want. The amount of yarn you need depends on the size of yarn you use, your gauge, and how large you want your shawl. I used about 620 yards of #3 weight yarn for the body of the shawl and about 40 yards for the border. It is 55” across the top and 24“ tall.
