Beaded Washcloth

A pretty washcloth featuring the bead stitch - from which it gets its name!
Skill Level: Easy
Gauge: 16 Sc x 16 rows = 4 inches.
Finished Size: 8.5 x 8inches
Yarn: Approximately 68 yards of Bernat Handicrafter Cotton™ (100% cotton; solids: 50 g / 1.75 oz, 73 meters / 80 yards; 4 - Medium/Worsted weight).
Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: Yarn Needle
Stitches and Abbreviations:
Bead - Bead stitch. Yarn over, insert hook in indicated stitch and draw up a loop 4 times (9 Loops on Hook), yarn over and draw through all loops on hook. Bead stitch made.
Ch – chain
Rpt – repeat
Sc – Single Crochet
Sl st – slip stitch
Tr - triple crochet
Pattern Notes:
- Pattern is written in American English terms.
- Ch 1 at beg of row does not count as sc.
- Weave in ends as needed
