This is a pattern of a Beaming Buddha for a blanket made in Overlay Mosaic Crochet, working from right to left only, alternating colors, cutting off yarn after every row.
This pattern does not teach you the Overlay Mosaic Technique, although basic instructions and links to tutorials are given.

Pattern includes row by row Written Pattern (total and condensed version) and different size charts. 1 total chart, and one chart over multiple pages (12 pages).
Pattern is 221 stitches by 247 rows.

For the mustard/white and black example of the whole blanket, Stylecraft Special DK is used. 6 white skeins, 3 midnight skeins and 4 mustard skeins. Final measurements are approximately 120cm x 150cm with a 4mm hook

For the Blue version, Hobbii Twister Solid is used. 330gr Teal and 280gr Mint. Final measurements are approximately 100cm x 115cm with a 3mm hook

Using different yarn and/or hook size won’t affect the design. It will however change the size and the amount of yarn needed.

Het patroon bevat geen uitleg over de techniek, maar bevat wel linkjes naar tutorials op Youtube.
Het patroon bevat het uitgeschreven patroon, zowel volledig als een versie waarin herhalingen worden afgekort. Daarnaast ook een telpatroon in twee verschillende formaten. Een totale en een over 12 pagina’s.

Het patroon zelf is 221 steken en 247 rijen.

Voor de geel/zwart/witte versie zijn 6 bollen wit, 3 bollen zwart en 4 bollen geel gebruikt van Stylecraft Special DK met een 4mm haak. Het resultaat is 120cm bij 150cm.
Voor de blauwe 330 gram Teal en 280 gram Mint van Hobbii Twister Solid met een 3mm haak. Dit resultaat is 100cm bij 115cm.
Ander garen en/of haaknaald zal het ontwerp niet veranderen, wel de uiteindelijke afmeting en het benodigde garen.
