Pattern notes:

• This pattern is written in American Terminology, but metric system is used for measurements.
• The pattern is worked in single crochet stitches, therefor the ch-1 at beginning of each round does not count as a stitch.
• The pattern is for a basic beanie, but instructions to change to an earflap hat is included.
• The pattern includes the following size and head circumference:

Newborn (32-35 cm)

0-3 Months (36-39 cm)

6-12 Months (41-46 cm)

2-4 Years (45-47 cm)

5-10 Years (51-53 cm)

Teen-Adult (56-60 cm)

• The changes for the different sizes are colour coded to make it easier to follow each specific size.
• The yarn quantities indicated are for one colour only, but the pattern can easily be worked in different colours to form stripes or contrast.
