Knitted in 3 pieces and joined, piece starts with a flat-knitted “face,” then a knitted body and backpack.

Main body is finished in the center with 3-needle bindoff.

Size will be determined by yarn weight.

Suggested needle size is one size smaller than what is recommended on your yarn, so that the knit fabric is tight enough for stuffing to not show through.

Pattern is suitable for adventurous beginner.

You will need:

• Any weight yarn main color
• a Pale contrast for face (suggested white, light blue, or light gray)
• Set of DPNs
• 2 yarn holders or waste yarn
• large-eye blunt tapestry needle
• stitch marker for beginning of round
• polyfill stuffing
• (optional plastic weight beads for bottom of feet)
